| FOOD Our chef Peter Hackett has recently joined us and prides himself on using as much locally sourced food as possible. There are always new dishes on the specials board, and he selects prime steaks to cook to order, as well as creating and preparing traditional Sunday roasts along with the rest of the freshly prepared menu. Watch this space for a change of menu in the next few weeks. Don't forget that we can accommodate larger parties or family groups - do give us a call if you have a special request. We serve St Joans Farm locally sourced ice cream - 'from Cow to Ice cream in less than an hour'. Meet the girls who produce it!
